Heart Analyzer: Pulse Tracker — an iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch app for reading the heart data Apple Watch already collects.

Heart Analyzer turns the heart data an Apple Watch already records — heart rate, HRV, resting rate, blood oxygen and sleep — into charts, trends and exportable reports. It has been designed, built and maintained by one developer since 2015. Free to download; premium features from $3.99/month.

About Heart Analyzer

Heart Analyzer reads the heart data an Apple Watch already records and makes it legible: heart rate across the day, heart rate variability, resting rate, cardio recovery, blood oxygen and sleep, presented as charts, trends and exportable reports rather than raw figures.

On iPhone and iPad it opens on a dashboard that can be swiped day by day, with every metric one tap deeper. On Apple Watch it runs as a standalone app — downloadable without the iPhone app — with its own charts and complications, so the same data is available at a glance.

The app has surfaced rMSSD-based heart rate variability for years, alongside the SDNN figure Apple has historically reported, and gives people control over which readings feed their HRV picture.

There are no third-party analytics, no advertising and no account to create. Health data is read from HealthKit, processed on the device, and never transmitted anywhere.

Heart Analyzer is free to download. Premium features are available by subscription — in the US, $3.99/month or $19.99/year, with a lifetime option. Pricing varies by region.
