Health Hive helps users go beyond their personal health data by offering a powerful new perspective: anonymized comparison with others. Using metrics from iPhone and Apple Watch, the app builds a private, anonymous Health Profile and reveals how an individual’s health compares to thousands of others across the globe.

From resting heart rate and step count to advanced insights like HRV (rMSSD), users can explore how health metrics vary with age, BMI, biological sex, smoking status, and more. Each health type includes detailed trend tracking, demographic breakdowns, and dynamic visualizations—making it easier to spot patterns, track change over time, and learn from the wider community.

The Dashboard offers a snapshot of your health, while deeper charts provide layered insights across 20+ health types. A global view reveals how regions compare in steps, sleep, and wellness.

Privacy is foundational to Health Hive. No names, birthdates, or precise locations are ever stored. Only anonymized, time-averaged metrics (like average heart rate over 28 days) are shared. Profiles can only be added and edited by users, and Sign in with Apple ensures secure, minimal-data access and control.
